1. Put the hair into an envelope, box, or poly mailer and mail it to: Proud Hair USA, P.O. BOX 1104, OXFORD, NORTH CAROLINA 27565

2. Mail out your hair within 72 hours after the purchase date.

3. Get a tracking number for your package and email it to us by replying to your Order Confirmation email

4. Once we receive your package, we will email you to let you know. At this point, the processing period begins, and we will begin working on your order. When your order is complete, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

5. If you are local and prefer to schedule a drop-off or pickup of your package, please email us at info@proudhairusa.com. We will respond with the date and time.

Here is how you determine your wig cap size easily.

1. You will need a measuring tape.

2. You will measure the circumference of your head as shown in the order image when you made the purchase.

3. You will take the measuring tape and wrap it starting from the front of your hairline, all the way around the back, and then to where you
started.

4. You will note your circumference measurement in inches. If it is not an even number, round it to the nearest whole number.

5. Figure out your cap size using the chart as shown in the order image when you made the purchase.

For fullness, we recommend that you provide 2 bundles for hair under 16 inches. 3 bundles for hair between 16-20 inches long., and 4 or more bundles for hair 22″ or longer.

Yes, you can. There is an additional fee applied.

Due to a high volume of orders, the processing time on all items has been extended. The following processing time for a custom glue-less wig is 7 – 21 business days.

We recommend that you provide raw or virgin hair bundles. These bundles are best for styling and longevity.

For closure wigs, provide a 4×4 or 5×5 lace closure that is made of Swiss or HD lace.

For fullness, provide 2 bundles for hair under 16 inches in length.

3 bundles for hair between 16-20 inches long.

4 or more bundles for hair 22″ or longer. These are only suggestions.

We make it our duty to ship out wig orders in discreet, secure packaging. All packages include a tracking number. These measures are in place to ensure that your items are not lost, stolen, or damaged.

Therefore, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the product is shipped out. For any damages and delivery issues please contact the shipping company.

Cancelations

Why Did my order get canceled? We cancel orders when the customer’s Billing Address and Shipping Address are different. To protect us, we have to cancel the order.
